The rules for using Innuvia

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of Innuvia’s software-as-a-service platform and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for actions taken under your account.
• You must be authorized to act on behalf of any organization you register.

3. Customer content

• You retain ownership of content you submit to Innuvia.
• You grant Innuvia a limited license to process content as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content you upload.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive activity.
• No attempts to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• No misuse of AI features to generate or disseminate harmful content.
• Respect third-party rights, privacy, and export controls.

5. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features, impose limits, or discontinue portions of the service with reasonable notice where practical.

6. Fees and payment

• Paid plans are billed as stated in your order or plan selection.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.
• You are responsible for taxes, unless exempt or otherwise noted.

7. Security and data protection

We implement industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, logging). You are responsible for securing your endpoints and accounts. Data handling is further described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services

The service may integrate with third-party tools. Your use of those tools is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

9. Intellectual property

Innuvia retains all rights in the service, software, and trademarks. No rights are granted except as expressly provided in these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innuvia’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Innuvia harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, content you submit, or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

• You may stop using the service at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or to protect the service and its users.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will post changes here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
